ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Sony Casiano, 63, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and was arrested at 3:30 p.m. Feb. 5, at E. White Oak Street and S. Evergreen Avenue. A court date of March 2 was assigned.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Paul Cho, 30, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested at 10:05 p.m. Feb. 8, in the 1100 block of E. Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $100 and a court date of Feb. 24 was assigned.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

  • Cristopher D. Diaz Jasso, 21, is accused of driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Feb. 10, at Algonquin and S. New Wilke roads. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of March 17 was assigned.
  • Antonio Maldonado, 52, is accused of driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 4:46 p.m. Feb. 7, at S. Arlington Heights Road and E. Park Street. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of March 2 was assigned.
  • Wendy Puentes, 21, is accused of driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 8 p.m. Feb. 10, at E Algonquin Road and S. Tonne Drive. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of March 11 was assigned.
  • Sergio E. Rivera, 61, is accused of two counts of driving on a suspended license, unlawful use of license, and was arrested 9:28 p.m. Feb. 9, at Alongquin Road and Briarwood Drive. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of March 2 was assigned.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

  • Tymur Kolomiyets, 27, is accused of violation of a bail bond out of DuPage County, and was arrested at 3 a.m. Feb. 8, at Arlington Heights Road and I-90. Bond was set at $3,000.
  • Daniel T. McGinn, 60, is accused of violation of a bail bond, and was arrested at 10:08 p.m. Feb. 7, at the BP Station, 2200 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of March 1 was assigned.
  • Christopher D. Owen, 28, is accused of violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Feb. 10, in the 2200 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $10,000.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

  • Colleen Cynthia Lively, 52, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 11:02 p.m. Feb. 4, in Arlington Heights. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of Feb. 28 was assigned.
  • Sylvia J. Simpson, 81, is accused of domestic battery, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested at 11:45 p.m. Feb. 4, in the 2000 block of E. Miner Street. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of March 1 was assigned.

ENDANGERING THE LIFE OF A CHILD

Ricardo Maldonado, 33, is accused of endangering the life of a child, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 2:34 a.m. Feb. 6, at Palatine and Wheeling roads. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of Feb. 24 was assigned.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Daniel R. Meister, 54, is accused of criminal damage to property over $500, assault, and was arrested at 5:15 p.m. Feb. 9, in the 1800 block of N. Dale Avenue. Bond was set at $100 and a court date of March 3 was assigned.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

  • Lucas X. Palafox, 20, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level over .08, and was arrested at 3:07 a.m. Feb. 7, at New Wilke and Kirchoff roads. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of March 11 was assigned.
  • Timothy G. Schaefer, 62, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 1:14 a.m. Feb. 9, at S. Arlington Heights and E. Central roads. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of March 11 was assigned.
  • Elizabeth C. Trauth, 22, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 4:39 a.m. Feb. 6, at W. Thomas Street and N. Evergreen Avenue. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 11 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON

Erik Perez Torres, 27, is accused of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, and was arrested at 11:46 a.m. Feb. 9, in the 200 block of Campus Drive. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of March 1 was assigned.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Daniel Ray Sproat, 36, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, criminal damage to property, obstructing identification, and was arrested at 3:58 p.m. Feb. 7, in the 500 block of East Golf Road. Bond was set at $30,000 and a court date of March 2 was assigned.
