Eyewitnesses Sought Following Fatal Crash: Hoffman Estates PD
A 25-year-old Crystal Lake woman was killed last Friday in a single-car crash near Barrington and Higgins roads.
HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL — Police are seeking eyewitnesses to a fatal car crash last week in which a 25-year-old Crystal Lake woman was killed. The Hoffman Estates Police Department's traffic unit is handling the ongoing investigation.
According to police, officers and the Hoffman Estates Fire Department responded to a report of a single-vehicle car crash at around 6:51 p.m. Friday, in the area of Barrington and Higgins roads. The woman, who was the sole occupant of the car, was taken to Saint Alexius Medical Center, where she died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.
The Hoffman Estates Police Traffic Unit is requesting that anyone who may have information about, or witnessed the accident, to contact Sergeant Adam Marak at 847-781-2846 or adam.marak@vohe.org.
