Fireworks Set Off In Port-O-Potty: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

A group of juveniles committed the act at Raven Park last weekend, according to police.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

  • Heriberto Belleza Pacheco, 32, is accused of drinking under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, driving on a suspended license, illegal transportation of alcohol, speeding 26 to 34 MPH over the speed limit, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested June 1 at N. Arlington Heights Road and E. Maude Avenue. He was released and assigned a court date of July 9.
  • Kathleen Erin Louks, 39, is accused of DUI drugs, DUI intoxicating compound, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested June 4 at E. Pickwick and S. Arlington Heights roads. She was released and assigned a court date of June 7.
  • Anthony D. Zucchero, 57, is accused of DUI alcohol, leaving the scene, failure to report a personal injury, and was arrested May 31 in the 1000 block of N. Yale Avenue. He was released and assigned a court date of July 1.

BATTERY

  • Billie J. Costilla, 32, is accused of battery, and was arrested June 2 in the 800 block of W. Dundee Road. They were released and assigned a court date of July 9.
  • Terrell L. Jefferson, 38, is accused of two counts of battery, and was arrested June 7 in the 200 block of E. Valley Lane. He was released and assigned a court date of June 24.
  • Lucas S. White, 27, is accused of battery, and was arrested June 2 at Arlington Ale House, 111 W. Campbell St. He was released and assigned a court date of July 9.

UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON

Brandon Diaz, 30, is accused of unlawful use of a weapon, and was arrested June 5 at Motel 6, 441 W. Algonquin Road. He was released and assigned a court date of July 1.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

Maurice B. Frye, 34, had two warrants for violation of bail bond, and was arrested June 2 at Mitchell and Kirchoff.

BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE

Lardell J. Hamilton, 33, is accused of burglary to a motor vehicle at Jewel-Osco, theft from a motor vehicle at Holiday Inn Express, and was arrested June 2. He was released and assigned a court date of June 18.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Justin P. Harding, 23, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested June 6 in the 2300 block of S. Goebbert. A court date of June 7 was assigned.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

Mark R. Norwell, 62, is accused of residential burglary, and was arrested June 2 in the 0-10 block of N. Regency Drive. A court date of July 26 was assigned.

INCIDENTS

THEFT

A citizen reported that between 5:10 p.m. and 5:20 p.m. May 28, someone stole his black Escalante E Bike from behind the Dollar Tree Store, 89 W. Golf Road.

STOLEN AUTO

A citizen called police to report that between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. May 29, someone stole his blue Toyota Sienna from the parking lot at Mitsuwa Market Place, 100 E. Algonquin Road.

RETAIL THEFT

  • An employee at Kohl's, 800 W. Dundee Road, reported at 5:40 p.m. May 29, someone stole approximately $1,050 worth of Sephora cosmetics. The person is described as a Hispanic male, in his 30s, 5-foot-8 tall, weighing 170 pounds, with black hair, neck tattoos, wearing a black hat, blue shirt, and gray cargo shorts. He was accompanied by a Hispanic female, in her late 20s, 5-foot-5, weighing 120 pounds, with black medium-length hair, wearing a red-hooded sweatshirt and grey sweatpants. The duo left in a newer grey Jeep Cherokee.
  • An employee at Trader Joe's, 17 W. Rand Road, called police at 5:25 p.m. June 1, to report someone stole various unknown items. The person was described as a white male, approximately 26 years of age, 5-foot-10, slim build, short brown hair, brown beard, wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt and black pants. The man left in a white Kia Telluride.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO VEHICLE

A citizen called police at 1 p.m. May 31, to report someone had entered her silver Honda and rummaged through its contents at New Hope Academy, 3250 N. Arlington Heights Road.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
A citizen reported at 9:10 p.m. June 2, a group of juveniles set off fireworks inside a port-o-potty at Raven Park, 2913 N. Mitchell Ave.
