Free Veteran Holiday Meal Drive-Thru Planned For Schaumburg

SCHAUMBURG, IL — Local veterans can take advantage of a free meal this holiday season as a thank you for their service. A Free Veteran Holiday Meal Drive-Thu is planned from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Dec. 20 at Chandler's Chophouse Grille, 401 N Roselle Road, Schaumburg.

According to organizers, 200 free hot and ready prepackaged meals with dessert will be available for any veteran and their family. Delivery is available for those who are homebound or seniors (60+).

The Trickster Cultural Center, in partnership with the Rotary Club of Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates, is hosting the event.
