CHICAGO (CBS) — The man accused of driving an SUV through a Schaumburg mall is expected in court today. Javier Garcia, 22, is charged with terrorism.
Police say Garcia is the driver of the SUV that drove through Kiosks inside Woodfield Mall in September.
