ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Avery M. Costigan, 20, is accused of speeding (26-34 mph over the speed limit), illegal transportation of liquor by a driver, purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor, and was arrested at 1:27 a.m. Nov. 9, at Arlington Heights and Palatine roads. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Dec. 14 was assigned.

  • Colin D. Kraus, 25, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level over .08, and was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Nov. 10, at Waverly Drive and Douglas Avenue. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 8.
  • Lorenia Trujillo Diego, 28, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level over .08, speeding 26-34 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 2:34 a.m. Nov. 11, at Rand and Arlington Heights roads. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Dec. 8.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE

  • Austin V. Marks, 21, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 12:45 a.m. Nov. 10, at the Mobil Station, 1880 S. Arlington Heights Road. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 29.
  • Brandon M. Sexton, 20, is accused of driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 6 p.m. Nov. 5, at Happfield Drive and N. Ridge Avenue. His bond was set at $2,500 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 14.
  • Mercado Esperanza Vazquez, 46, is accused of driving on a suspended license, and was arrested at 9 a.m. Nov. 7, at Algonquin and Golf roads. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of Dec. 9 was assigned.
  • Jocelyn K. Yancy, 28, is accused of driving on a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 7:53 p.m. Nov. 11, on westbound Palatine at Route 53. Her bond was set at $2,500 and she was assigned a court date of Dec. 29.

BURGLARY

Michael S. Yore, 51, is accused of burglary, and was arrested at 2:48 a.m. Nov. 5, at Arlington International Racecourse, 2200 W. Euclid Avenue. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was assigned a court date of Dec. 6.
