ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. SUSPENDED/REVOKED DRIVER'S LICENSE

Miriam Mendoza-Arriola Angelica, 26, is accused of driving on a suspended driver's license, and was arrested at 11:45 p.m. Feb. 25, at Golf and Algonquin roads. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of March 17 was assigned.

  • Marco A. Cazares Salazar, 26, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 1:18 a.m. March 2, in the 1700 block of S. Highland Avenue. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of March 30 was assigned.
  • Daniel M. Chmiemewski, 28, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 1:51 a.m. Feb. 25, at N. Kennicott Drive and W. Palatine Road. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of March 11 was assigned.
  • Deibis Pas Martinez-Rodriguez, 40, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence with no driver's license, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, operating a motor vehicle with no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured vehicle, and was arrested at 2:50 a.m. Feb. 27, at S. Arlington Heights Road and E. Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $20,000 and a court date of March 23 was assigned.
  • Hailey N. Mayer, 26, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 1:55 a.m. Feb. 26, at N. Arlington Heights Road and E. Suffield Drive. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of April 2 was assigned.
  • Felix Simon, 56, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, speeding 26-34 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 12:19 a.m. Feb. 27, at Speedway, 1900 block of N. Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 30 was assigned.

POSSESSION OF A CONCEALED FIREARM

Thomas C. Davidson, 60, is accused of possession of a concealed firearm under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 9:25 p.m. Feb. 25, at W. Central Road and Wren Lane. Bond was set at $1,000 and a court date of March 30 was assigned.

  • Eduardo Flores, 50, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 1:45 p.m. Feb. 25, in the 2300 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $3,000.
  • Daniel Olivo, 21, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 2:42 a.m. Feb. 26. Bond was set at $2,500.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Andrew M. Fox, 25, is accused of domestic battery, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested at 1:08 a.m. Feb. 28, in Arlington Heights. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court date of March 22 was assigned.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Idris E. Majekodunmi, 25, is accused of driving with no driver's license, and was arrested at 11:07 p.m. March 1, at N. Arlington Heights Road and E. Hawthorne Street. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of April 12 was assigned.
