Man Exposes Self To Dollar Tree Customer: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

- Grzegorz Kaminski, 46, of the 2300 block of Linden Leaf Drive, Glenview, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 3:27 a.m. Sept. 22, at Central Road and Arthur Avenue. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 4.
- Juna Carlo Penaloza Hernandez, 48, of the 100 block of Debra Lane, Wheeling, is accused of aggravated DUI, DUI alcohol, driving on a revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident, and was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 20, at Arlington Heights and Lake Cook roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 12.
THEFT
Monique M. Mosley, of the 7700 block of S. South Shore Street, Chicago, is accused of two counts of theft, and was arrested at 10:29 a.m. Sept. 24, in the 200 block of N. Dunton Avenue. She was released and assigned a court date of Nov. 4.

FALSE 911 REPORT
Andrew R. Preissing, of the 100 block of N. Kennicott Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of making a false 911 report, and was arrested at 9:28 p.m. Sept. 21, in the 50 block of N. Brockway Avenue, Palatine. A court date of Nov. 13 was assigned.

INCIDENTS
THEFT
- A resident in the 1700 block of N. Patton Avenue reported at 4:27 p.m. Sept. 16, someone had stolen her purple and black Road Runner bicycle from the driveway. The male was wearing a black tank top, black pants and neon green shoes. He left north on Patton Avenue.
- A customer at Trader Joe's, 17 W. Rand Road, said someone stole her wallet while she was shopping between 3 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. Sept. 17, and subsequently used her credit cards to make unauthorized purchases.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON
- An 11-year-old citizen reported at 2:50 p.m. Sept. 16, an older white man with gray hair, driving in an older, dark gray or navy blue 4-door pick-up truck, was following her at Kennicott Avenue and Fairview Street.
- A 17-year-old citizen called police at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 18, to report that while walking her dog, an older man in a tan SUV followed her in the 1200 block of W. Oakton Street. On two occasions, the man attempted to have a conversation with her. The driver is described as white, in their 60s, with white hair, slim build, wearing a t-shirt and basketball shorts.
- While walking home from school at 4:45 p.m. Sept. 19, a male student was approached by an older white male in a white panel van with the letter "A" printed on the back in the 700 block of S. Dryden Avenue. The driver exited the vehicle and asked the student if he wanted to buy football cards. The driver was described as heavy set, with dark balding hair.
PUBLIC INDECENCY
A customer at Dollar Tree, 77 W. Rand Road, reported at noon Sept. 22, a male had exposed his genitals in front of her. The person was wearing a black shirt and black shorts.
