Man Robs Citizen Waiting For Bus With Gun: Arlington Heights PD

The subject arrived and left in a black Ford Fusion during the Sunday night incident, according to police.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — Police are continuing to investigate an armed robbery that occurred late Sunday night in the 400 block of E. Algonquin Road. According to a police report, a citizen was waiting for the Pace bus at around 10:52 p.m. when someone approached them, pointed a gun at the back of their head and demanded their belongings.

The victim said they gave the man $100 in cash. The man then left the area in a black Ford Fusion, the same car he had arrived in. The man is described as black, 6-foot-3, 190 pounds, wearing a ski mask, black hoodie, black pants and black Nike Air Max shoes.
