NCH Medical Group acquires Schaumburg medical practice
Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH) Medical Group today announced the purchase of Northwest Internal Medicine Group LLC.

Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH) Medical Group today announced the purchase of Northwest Internal Medicine Group LLC (455 S. Roselle Road, Suite 226, Schaumburg).
Internal medicine physicians Todd Leverentz, M.D., Gloria Mroz, M.D. and Janusz Srodulski, M.D. have been in practice together since 1983 after they completed residency together at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.
“The physicians of the Northwest Internal Medicine Group have been members of our physician community for years and are well respected for the quality of care they provide to their patients,” says Susan Nelson, M.D., Vice President, Physician Operations at NCH. “We’re so pleased to have them join the NCH Medical Group.”
