New Restaurant Featuring Hand Made Pasta Opening In Arlington Heights!

Chef Matt Peota, is bringing an urban-feel intimate restaurant to 5 W. Campbell Street in downtown Arlington Heights. This eatery will feature seasonal Italian American cuisine in its newly remodeled sixty-seat space. Opening day is October 25th.

“We want to get to know our community and bring an urban-feel restaurant to downtown Arlington Heights where people can walk-in and get to know us, too,” said Peota, who owns the new restaurant with his wife Rikki. “The food is a blend of contemporary American with the Chicago-style Italian cooking of my Grandmothers.”

Chef Peota attended Western Michigan University and Kendall College before going to work for Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants. Most recently Peota was a Sous Chef for Celebrity Chef Rick Bayless’s Frontera Hospitality Group. This training prepared him for the opening of his own restaurant by, not only learning about food sourcing and how to run a restaurant, but also how you are able to fine-tune recipes and make them more refined.
