Emergency crews from Arlington Heights responded, and witnesses say at least two people were taken to the hospital while gasoline leaked and debris covered the southwest corner of this busy local arterial.

False Alarm: Boeing 747 Cargo Jet Approaches O'Hare Over Arlington Heights with Fire Detector Activation in Lower Belly Cargo Deck, All Runways Closed for Landing (arlingtoncardinal.com) — Residents in Arlington Heights were beneath the flight path Thursday night as a Boeing 747 cargo jet with a fire alarm warning passed over Euclid Avenue en route to an emergency landing at O'Hare.
