Poe to host Family Makerspace night

Students, families, and community members are invited to take part in the inaugural Family Makerspace event at Poe Elementary School Tuesday night. The event will run from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at Poe (2800 North Highland Avenue, Arlington Heights).

Children and families will be learn, create, imagine, and build together at interactive stations and see demonstrations of new technology. Participants can choose from stations about robotics, coding, building bridges, towers and airplanes, and more. Volunteers from local libraries and Buffalo Grove High School will also be on hand to lead activities.
