Police Log: Recent Arrests in Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights Police arrests, including: criminal damage and car theft.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following actions were reported by the Arlington Heights Police Department:

  • Unknown offenders damaged a garage door lock of a victim's residence in the 1900 block of Charter Point Drive sometime between 12 a.m. Sept. 2 and 9 p.m. Sept. 8, police said. The cost to repair the damage is around $100.
  • An unlocked black 21 speed Granite Peak road master bicycle was stolen from the Arlington Heights Library between 1:15 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. on Sept. 7, police said. The $100 bike was stolen from the underground parking area of the library.
  • An unknown offender tried to take several video games from the Target on 1700 E Rand Rd. at 11:25 a.m. on Sept. 7, police said. The offender is described as a white or Hispanic male, standing 6'0 inches tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, tan pants, and white gym shoes, according to police.
  • A vehicle was stolen from a victim's driveway in the 800 block of S Highland sometime between 8 p.m. on Sept. 8 to 7 a.m. on Sept. 9, police said.
