Registration Open For Moderna Vaccination Event At Village Hall
The second dose is set for June 3.
As of noon on Friday, April 30th, registration will be open for a Vaccination Event held May 6th and again on June 3rd at the Arlington Heights Village Hall 3rd Floor: 33 S Arlington Heights Road
1st Dose Thursday, May 6: 1:30 p.m.- 4:30 p.m.
2nd Dose Thursday, June 3: 1:30 p.m.- 4:30 p.m.

The Village has secured doses of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine for residents. The first dose will be given Thursday, May 6, with the second dose to be given Thursday, June 3. Those who register for this event must be available on both dates. Recipients must bring documentation of proof of age.
Registrations can be completed by calling the Health & Human Service Department at 847-368-5760, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.

All Illinois residents 18+ can receive the vaccine, regardless of insurance coverage or immigration status, including individuals who are undocumented. Insurance is not needed for this event.
Please wear a short-sleeved shirt or other clothing that will allow easy access to the upper arm for the vaccination, as no private changing areas will be available.
Face masks are required.
