SCHAUMBURG, IL — A 22-year-old woman was killed in a car accident Monday in Palatine. Michelle Gonzalez, of the 2200 block of Pennview Lane, Schaumburg, was in a motor vehicle that struck a fixed object at around 5:05 a.m. near Roselle Road and Central Avenue, Palatine. She was pronounced dead at 5:29 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
