That's A Lotta Lattes: More Than $600 Charged At Starbucks On Stolen Credit Card
The victim's card was used after her wallet was stolen from her purse Thursday while she shopped at Trader Joe's.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — A woman's stolen credit card was used to rack up more than $600 in unauthorized purchases at Starbucks after her wallet was lifted from her purse while she was shopping at another store, according to Arlington Heights police.
The victim told police that she was at Trader Joe's, 17 W. Rand Road, just before 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, when her wallet was taken from her purse, which was in the upper part of her shopping cart. The wallet and its contents were valued at about $175, police said.
A credit card in the stolen wallet was then used at Starbucks, 1802 N. Arlington Heights Road, charging $606.56 on the account, according to police.

Police are looking for two suspects in the incident, a Hispanic man and woman in their 30s or 40s who spoke with heavy accents.
According to police, the man is described as 6 feet, 3 inches tall and 250 pounds. The woman is reportedly 5 feet, 2 inches, 140 pounds, and she was wearing a head scarf, tan coat and black yoga pants at the time of the incident.
