Forced to close his gym back in March due to COVID-19, founder and business owner Christian Koshaba ensured the continuation of Three60fit’s mission by spending two weeks filming more than 100 videos of himself doing all of the exercises he would normally demonstrate in class. Now Three60fit has reopened, and Koshaba continues to offer virtual classes via Trainerize and Zoom for members not ready to come back to the gym just yet.
