Vision Board Workshop October 22, 2017

Vision Boards are a great way to get clear and grounded in what you want your life to look like. We can create what we want in life, attract things that have meaning. We all have the right to be happy. I found an old vision board of mine and realized most of it has come true. During the workshop we identify what it is you want on the board and then create a visual image of it. It helps our subconscious get in line with our true self. The boards are fun to make and no art talent is needed. Each vision board is individualized.

The Vision Board Workshop will be on October 22 1:00PM-5:30 at Camp Reinberg Meeting Hall, 1801 N Quentin, Palatine. Total cost is $35. Cost includes supplies and refreshments.

Barbara Spaulding has been a LCSW, LMFT and Certified Coach for 25 years. Her belief is that we have our own answers and sometimes we just can't see them. Learning to be our true self is the avenue to happiness.
