Watch Burglars Drive Stolen Pickup Truck Through Front of Arlington Heights Sandwich Shop

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — Burglars crashed a pickup truck through the front window of an Arlington Heights sandwich shop and stole money and other items from the business last week, according to police.

The incident happened at about 3 a.m. Nov. 3 at the Subway at 2960 Euclid Ave. Surveillance video captured a truck stolen from Mount Prospect backing in to the restaurant's front window.

The video then shows two unidentified men running into the shop. Police say the men took an undisclosed amount of money and other unidentified items from the restaurant.

The truck was later found in Hanover Park, police said.

Investigators are looking for help identifying the people involved in the crime. Anyone with information about the incident should call the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 847-368-5300. Residents also can submit an anonymous tip:
