18 Counts Of Felony Child Porn Charges For Aurora Man, 40: Police

AURORA, IL — An Aurora man was arrested and charged with 18 counts of child pornography felony charges after police found videos on multiple electronic devices Feb. 23, officials said.

Aurora Police Department detectives executed a search warrant at 6:15 a.m. Feb. 23 at a house in the 1300 block of Valayna Drive in Aurora when they found and seized multiple devices that contained "suspected child pornography," officials said.

Jeremy Lenerville was subsequently arrested and charged with seven counts of child pornography, reproduce or distribute video, and 11 counts of child pornography, possess visual video representation on computer.

The 40-year-old man is being held as of Tuesday at the DuPage County Jail, where his bail is set for $250,000, with 10 percent to apply for bond. If he posts, he is prohibited from having unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18 and is required to surrender all firearms, ammunition and his Firearm Owners Identification Card, officials said.

Lenerville's next court date is set for March 22, documents show.
