Alleged Drug Dealer Flushed Weed, Had Guns In Aurora: Cops
Cops say he flushed some weed down a toilet before they searched the home and found more weed and guns.

AURORA, IL — An Aurora teen is in custody after he was allegedly caught will illegal handguns, ammo, and more than 140 grams of cannabis. Fabyan Garcia, 18, of the 800 block of Liberty St., has been charged with felony counts of manufacture or delivery of cannabis, not possessing an FOID card, obstruction of justice by destroying evidence, and unlawful possession of cannabis. The last charge came after Garcia allegedly flushed weed down a toilet.
According to police, investigators came to Garcia's residence with a search warrant on Aug. 24. While searching the residence, they allegedly found two handguns, ammunition, over 15 grams of cannabis wax, and 140 grams of cannabis.
Before the search, it is alleged that Garcia "flushed an unknown amount of cannabis down a toilet."

Garcia is currently being held at the Kane County Jail.
