Aurora Approved To Distribute $550K To Henry Pratt Families
In total, 29 applications were approved to receive part of the donations.

AURORA, IL — Many of the employees, families, and loved ones who were impacted by the Feb. 15 shooting at Henry Pratt Manufacturing in Aurora will soon get a share of more than half a million dollars in donation money. The funds will be disbursed within "the next few weeks," according to a news release.
This will be the first time the families have received money from the Aurora Strong Fundraiser, which kept receiving generous donations long after the shooting.
A total of 29 applicants were chosen to receive the funds in what Aurora/Pratt Survivors Steering Committee Chair Amber Drew called a "fair, transparent, victim-centered manner."
