Aurora Cops Surprise Kids With Toy Delivery

AURORA, IL --- Aurora police officers were able to spread a little bit of holiday cheer this season to bring smiles to a local family in need. The Aurora Police Department surprised the family by dropping off an assortment of holiday gifts, according to a post on social media.

The family recently reached out to let police know how meaningful the gesture was to them. The generous police were first thing the kids saw when they looked out the window and the children were apparently overjoyed once they noticed the police had brought holiday presents.

Once all the presents had been gifted and the excitement had calmed down, the family sent their gratitude to the Aurora Police Department. They wrote, "I can not stress enough how happy they made these kids. I am forever grateful and wanted to say thanks again!"
