Aurora Gang Member Pleads Guilty To Firing, Selling Gun
He pleaded guilty on Friday to unlawfully firing and selling a revolver, according to a press release. He was sentence to nine years.

AURORA, IL -- An Aurora street gang member has pleaded guilty of unlawfully firing and selling a handgun, according to a press release from the Kane County State's Attorney's Office. He was sentenced nine years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
Jose Sanchez, 20, of the 2900 block of Forest Avenue, pleaded guilty on Friday to unlawful possession of a firearm by a street gang member, unlawful delivery of a firearm and reckless discharge of a firearm.
On Feb. 4, 2015, Sanchez fired a .32-caliber revolver multiple times outside a home and sold it to a confidential police informant later that day, according to the evidence prosecutors presented.

He was arrested in August 2016. He has been held at the Kane County jail on $500,000 bail.
Having been imprisoned for 293 days, Sanchez will have that time removed from his nine-year sentence.
