Missing Man Found Safe Sunday After Large Search: Aurora Police
A 70-year-old man reported missing over the weekend was located Sunday evening after police and volunteers launched a large search.
AURORA, IL — A 70-year-old man reported missing over the weekend was found Sunday evening after a large-scale search-and-rescue mission is underway, according to Aurora police.
The man, who suffers from dementia, was last seen Saturday morning and police said they were "extremely concerned" for his health due to the heat over the weekend. The man used to live in Aurora but now lives out of state, police said.
