Boy, 14, Missing From Aurora: Police

The teenager was last seen around 1:05 a.m. Wednesday near Ogden Avenue and Waterford Drive in Aurora, officials said.

AURORA, IL — A 14-year-old boy went missing around 1:05 a.m. Wednesday, and Aurora police are asking for the public's help locating him.

In an alert published around 4:15 a.m. on Facebook, officials said Dan Wade was last seen in the area near Ogden Avenue and Waterford Drive. He was wearing a black shirt with white lettering, black shorts, blue and yellow shoes, and a lime green drawstring backpack, officials said.

Police described the teenager as 5-foot-10 and 135 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.
