Child Porn Guilty Plea From Aurora Man Lands Him 12-Year Prison Term
Prosecutors said the Aurora man disseminated on social media a video depicting a child younger than 13 engaged in a sexual act.

AURORA, IL — An Aurora man was sentenced to 12 years in prison in exchange for pleading guilty to child pornography.
Assistant State's Attorney Matthew Rogers said in court that before Sept. 8, 2022, 30-year-old Gabriel Martinez disseminated on social media a video showing a child younger than 13 engaged in a sexual act.
"The child depicted in this video is victimized every time someone views it," Assistant State's Attorney Matthew Rogers said in a statement. "Child pornography is not a victimless crime."
