AURORA, IL — The intersection of North Avenue and Jackson Street will be closed until about 3 p.m. Friday due to a crash, police said.
Police responded to the crash Friday morning and said the area would need to be closed for several hours. A ComEd pole was heavily damaged in the incident, according to an alert.
Police are asking drivers to use alternative routes until ComEd fixed the pole.
