Death of Aurora Teen Found Beaten in Chicago Ruled a Homicide
Clarence King was reported missing after he was last seen on July 15 in Aurora. His body was found the next day in Chicago.

CHICAGO, IL - An 18-year-old Aurora man, whose body was found in a yard on the west side of Chicago, was beaten to death and his death has been ruled a homicide, according to Homicide Watch, which is a Chicago Sun-Times publication.
Clarence King was initially reported missing after he was last seen on July 15 in an apartment complex parking lot in the 900 block of Second Avenue in Aurora where a large fight was taking place.
His body was located in the 4500 block of W. West End Avenue in Chicago's West Garfield Park neighborhood and he was pronounced dead at about 9:30 a.m. on July 16, according to the Chicago Tribune.
The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled King died of multiple injuries from an assault.

King is a former East Aurora School District 131 student, school officials told the Aurora Beacon-News.
