Missing Aurora Teen Found Dead in Chicago: Police

The death of Clarence King is being investigated by the Chicago Police Department.

ORIGINAL ARTICLE: An 18-year-old Aurora man, who was reported missing last week, has been found dead in Chicago, police said.

Aurora police wrote in an Facebook post that Chicago police are investigating the death of Clarence King. King is a former East Aurora School District 131 student, school officials told the Aurora Beacon-News.

The Aurora Police Department first asked for the public’s help as they tried to track down King in a Facebook post after King was reported missing. He was last seen in an apartment complex parking lot in the 900 block of Second Avenue in Aurora where a large fight was taking place.

The Aurora Police Department is continuing to ask anyone with information to call the Aurora Police Department’s investigations team at 630-256-5500.
