Downtown Aurora Street Closed For 45 Minutes Due To Crash: PD
It happened at the intersection of East New York Street and Asbury Drive Tuesday morning.
AURORA, IL — A portion of a downtown Aurora street was closed for 45 minutes Tuesday morning while police were on the scene of a crash, officials said.
Two cars were involved in the crash, according to police spokesperson Karl Holappa. No injuries were reported.
In an alert posted on Facebook at around 8:10 a.m., police said they were on the scene of a crash at the intersection of East New York Street and Asbury Drive. The westbound lanes of New York Street were closed until just before 9 a.m.
