East Aurora School District 131: Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic At East High

December 8, 2021

Flu vaccinations will be available for individuals aged 4 & up and COVID-19 vaccinations will be available for individuals aged 5 & up at East Aurora High School, 500 Tomcat Lane., Aurora IL 60505.

Day 1: December 19th, 2021

9:00 am – 1:00 pm EAHS Main Gym

Day 2: January 17th, 2022

9:00 am – 1:00 pm EAHS Field House

1st dose, 2nd dose, 3rd dose, Booster, and Flu shots will be available on both dates. Individuals aged 4-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for either vaccination.
