The Kane County State's Attorney's Office advises voters to call and report issues they experienced or witnessed at county polling places.

KANE COUNTY, IL — The Kane County State's Attorney's Office will provide its election complaint line during the entire day of the Nov. 6 general election. The state attorney's office said Kane County voters who experience or witness voting issues that day should call the complaint line at 630-208-5328 to report the problems, as the line will be available from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6.
Issues to report include any illegal election activity such as electioneering, denial of voting rights or illegally placed campaign signs at any of the Kane County’s 291 voting precincts, officials said, adding these include every precinct in the city of Aurora formally within the jurisdiction of the now-abolished Aurora Election Commission.
The complaint line will be staffed by representatives of the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office, who said assistant state's attorneys will take the potential violations complaints and are prepared to go to polling places to make sure all locations are complying with state election laws.
