Man On Bike Attacked 2 Women In Aurora’s Phillips Park: Police
In the past week, two women have reported a man on a bike approached them and slapped them on the buttocks before riding away, police said.
AURORA, IL — Aurora police are asking for residents’ help to identify a man who reportedly hit two men as they jogged through Phillips Park. Two women reported a man on a bike approached them and slapped them on the buttocks before riding away, according to police.
The first incident occurred at 9:40 a.m. June 16 near the Philips Dog Park, and the second incident was reported to have happened at 10 a.m. Saturday on a path in the park, police said.
Aurora police describe the person on the bike as a black man between 20 and 30 years old, who is about 5 feet, 11 inches tall. The man was seen wearing black pants and a blue T-shirt while riding a blue or gray 10-speed-style bike, police said.

In a statement on the two recently reported batteries, Aurora police urged residents to remain aware of others around them and to make note of anything that could help them in an investigation. The Aurora Police Department is asking anyone with information about the reported batteries to call its Investigations Division at (630) 256-5500.
