KANE COUNTY, IL — The Kane County State's Attorney's Office approved multiple charges against a Marseilles man who prosecutors allege crashed into a squad car driven by a Kane County detective.
The charges stem from an Oct. 23, 2023, incident. An investigation into the crash revealed multiple violations, resulting in the following charges issued against Munoz, of the 1100 block of Madison Boulevard in Marseilles.
