Man Steals 8-Year-Old's Birthday Presents At Fox Valley Mall: PD
Police say he stole two bags of items that were filled with presents the girl bought with her birthday money.
AURORA, IL — Aurora police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a man who is accused of stealing bags full of birthday presents from an 8-year-old girl at Fox Valley Mall Sunday. Police say the man pictured in the surveillance photos took two bags that the girl had left unattended while at Round One Entertainment Center.
The bags were labeled with the logo for a kids' store called Justice, police say. Each bag reportedly contained items the girl had bought with her birthday money.
Aurora Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the man's arrest. Anyone who recognizes him or has information regarding the incident is urged to contact Aurora police at 630-256-5500,.
