Meijer Thief Sought By Aurora Police

AURORA, IL --- The Aurora Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a man who allegedly stole more than $500 in items from a Meijer store. Police say the theft took place early Dec. 14 at the store located in the 800 block of Route 59.

According to police, the man pictured in the surveillance footage photo entered the store around 7:24 a.m. and then stole multiple items. He then fled and police say he may have left in a small black car that was driven by someone else.

The total loss was estimated at $530.
