Pedestrian Hit And Run: Aurora Police Seek Info About Halloween Crash
The crash happened on Halloween in the 1400 block of North Farnsworth Avenue.
AURORA, IL — A 67-year-old pedestrian was struck in a hit-and-run crash on Halloween, and Aurora police continue to investigate the incident.
The crash happened around 6:20 p.m. Oct. 31 in the 1400 block of North Farnsworth Avenue, north of Indian Trail Road. Police said a car hit the woman, who was in the road, before fleeing southbound on Farnsworth Avenue.
The woman was taken to a local hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

In a Facebook alert on Thursday evening, police asked anyone with information about the crash to contact the department's traffic division at 630-256-5333. Anonymous tips can also be reported to Aurora Area Crime Stoppers at 630-892-1000.
Crime Stoppers offers rewards of up to $5,000 to those who provide information that leads to the arrest and capture of a felony fugitive.
