Shooting On Aurora’s East Side Under Investigation: Police
A 28-year-old Chicago man was found suffering from a gunshot wound Sunday evening on South Fourth Street.

AURORA, IL — A shooting that occurred Sunday evening on the city’s east side is under investigation by Aurora police, officials said Tuesday.
Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of South Fourth Street just before 6 p.m. after several 911 calls came in reporting multiple shots fired. On the scene, police located a 28-year-old Chicago man suffering from a gunshot wound, according to a news release.
Paramedics transported him to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries. Police said Tuesday the man is listed as being in stable condition.
