Shots Fired At Men With Stalled Car In Aurora: Police
Police say the suspects drove by "flashing gang signs" before returning on foot and firing "multiple shots."

AURORA, IL — Two Aurora men were fired on while they stood by their stalled car Sunday afternoon, according to police. The car had just broken down near the intersection of Anderson and New York Streets around 2:15 p.m. when the shooting took place.
The victims, both 23 years old, told police a car drove by while they were stalled and that the people in the car began "flashing gang signs." Police say the two suspects then approached the stalled car on foot and fired "multiple shots" before fleeing northbound.
According to police, the victims ran westbound to get out of the line of fire. No one was injured, but police say a tree in the first block of Anderson Street was hit by a bullet.
