Foster Homes Needed for THIS Saturday 11/6!

It’s cold outside and the shelters are overflowing! Safe Haven Dog Rescue has the opportunity to bring these dogs to Illinois on Saturday 11/6, but we need committed foster homes in order to save them.

Ouizer, pronounced Weezer,

She is a very sweet and submissive girl. She loves other dogs. She was brought to the vet by someone who said she’d been hit by a car. But the vet doesn’t think she was, rather her scratches are either from another animal or possibly crawling under a fence.

Skye

Three months / 12lbs

Skye is everything you want in a puppy. Happy, playful and sweet!

Raven

Poor sweet Raven has been through a lot! Raven was found wandering with another dog and picked up by the ACO. When the owners were contacted, they said to just leave them at the shelter, they didn’t want the dogs anymore. Shortly after Raven came down with a skin issue, an ear infection and a floating patella. Then the next day she was diagnosed with parvo. She spent a few nights at the vet and is now fully recovered. Her ears are good and skin is looking much better! All this has not gotten Raven down! She gets along with dogs and everyone she meets! She’s happy and playful and would love to leave shelter life behind.

While you foster, Safe Haven provides food, toys, leash, collar, vetting, and all the supplies you need. You supply a safe and warm place for them to relax and provide the love they so desperately deserve!
