AURORA, IL — A St. Charles woman is in custody on charges that she stole up to $100,000 from Fox Valley Special Recreation, a special needs center. Jessica Leonard, 42, turned herself in on Sept. 11, nearly two weeks after a warrant was issued for her arrest in connection with two felony charges of theft.
Leonard is accused of stealing cash from the center while she worked there as a business manager between 2015 and 2017. Police say the discrepancies were caught by Fox Valley Special Recreation Association employees after Leonard left her job.
