The McHenry County Conservation District holds an Earth Encounters Summer Camp for kids ages 6 to 7 years old at Pleasant Valley, 13315 Pleasant Valley Road in Woodstock. Attendants will explore the conservation area while learning about the habitat and animals that live in the area. This camp runs for one week, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Registration required, to register visit www.mccdistrict.org, call 815-338-6223 or email MCCD@MCCDistrict.org.
