Barrington Business Helps Adapt Homes for Seniors
Angel Guardian looks at ways to create a safe living space for seniors so they can spend more years in their homes, according to the Daily Herald.

A Barrington-base business, Angel Gaurdian, is aimed at providing seniors with the tools to spend more years in their own homes, according to the Daily Herald.
The company finds ways to "physically adapt" the homes to make a safer living space for seniors. This includes everything from installing a laundry room in a bedroom closet to rolling up a carpet that might cause someone to trip to looking at putting items on lower shelves, according to the article.
"Angel Guardian is overseen by trained building technicians with over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial projects," according to the Angel Guardian website. "These trained builders have done modifications and accommodations to homes and offices to meet the changing needs of each customer, like installing grab bars in doorways and walk-in showers, and making home safety modifications for the elderly and handicapped."
