Barrington to Battle Warren Township in Second Round of Playoffs

The Barrington varsity football team is headed to the second round of the playoffs this weekend.

Barrington, a No. 2 seed, will take on Warren Township High School, a No. 10 seed, in the Class 8A playoffs on Saturday. The game will start at 6 p.m. in Gurnee, according to the Illinois High School Association website. 

The winner of Saturday's game will continue on to the quarterfinals to play Glenbard North, a No. 3 seed, or Stevenson, a No. 6 seed.
