Please join Mike Kozel and Jim Magnanenzi on Tuesday evening the 11th of September at 6:30pm for an open forum on the proposed Hough-Main Development and
TIF Bond. We will talk about the proposed retail/office buildings, the $23,000,000+ TIF Bond, where did the TIF money come from and how it was spent, the $1/year ground lease to the developer for 99 years and anything else you want to talk or ask questions about. Mike and Jim would like to hear what the residents want to see if the proposed development does not proceed. We have a dramatic shortage of upscale rental property for young couples waiting to buy a home and baby
boomers who no longer want to own and maintain a house. Tell them your thoughts. Meet in the party room on the second floor of WoolStreet Grill & Sports Bar. Beverages will be provided. All Welcome.
