MMA Training

Liam O’Shaughnessy, professional MMA fighter and
instructor at Forrest Griffin’s HardCore Gym in Athens, Georgia will be visiting the South Elgin Budokan Martial Arts School this weekend.

Liam will be offering MMA training sessions featuring striking and grappling techniques to those interested in learning more about this exciting sport. Sessions are open to mature youth and adults.

Sessions are hosted by the South Elgin Budokan free of charge with no obligation, but pre-registration is requested by calling 847-888-8866.
