Reaching Their Potential: Increasing Children's Initiative and Follow Through

This lecture and workshop will explore the development of the "will," meaning the inborn drive to try things out, to start projects and see them through to completion.

Will development occurs in people from birth to maturity. Many children today are very weak in their will forces, resulting in academic difficulties and unhappiness that can impact a child's entire life.

Join Mary Jo Oresti, who brings over 30 years of Waldorf teaching experience and remedial practice and study, on a journey through a child's development, focusing on the young child’s exploration of the physical world and how that builds the later experience of the adolescent.
