The Ice House Mall presents the 4th annual Summer Sidewalk Sale Chalk Contest on Saturday, July 28 from 10am to 3pm. Calling all seasoned and emergent chalk artists, as well as participants from local area schools, to the Sidewalk Days 4th Annual Barrington Chalk Art Festival, on July 28, showcasing the works of diverse artists who will use chalk as their medium, on the sidewalks located at the Ice House Mall & Village Shops as their canvas.Categories defined are 8 and under; 9β14; 15β18; and family/group. βBest ofShowβ winners will be judged and announced on July 28 at 3:15 pm. Individualwinners will receive a $25 Gift Certificate, family group will win a $50 Gift Certificate redeemable at the Ice House Mall. The first 50 registrants will receive a complimentary box of pastels.Β All entrants will receive a complimentaryΒ pair of Β Flip Flops fromΒ Young Tootsies Childrenβs Shoes located in the Ice House Mall, coupons for the FREEΒ Flip Flops will be handed out at the registration table.Β You can register on site at any store at the Ice House Mall or at www.barringtonchamber.com. There is no charge to participate or to be a spectator! Instructions on site are available on July 28 from 10am-3pm. Village of Barrington endorsed event.
